About Just Breathe

I’m Sandra Bickmore, founder of Just Breathe and creator of The Embodiment Code. For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and find confidence through movement and breath.

My journey began with Pilates, which gave me a deep understanding of spinal health, posture and functional movement. Over time, I expanded into breathwork, pelvic floor health and life coaching – discovering that true transformation happens when we combine body, mind and breath as one.

My Philosophy

Through years of teaching, learning and lived experience, I created The Just Breathe Method – a signature approach that weaves Pilates, conscious breathwork and pelvic floor mastery into a pathway of strength, clarity and vitality.

From this foundation, The Embodiment Code emerged – a community devoted to living this work. It’s a sacred space for connection, reflection and shared transformation, opening soon inside The Just Breathe Method app.

When you breathe deeply, move with intention and truly connect with your body, you awaken freedom, resilience and clarity from within.

Welcome to The Just Breathe Method – and to The Embodiment Code – where embodiment becomes a way of life.

About Sandra

Hello, my name is Sandra and I am deeply dedicated to assisting individuals in uncovering their authentic selves. As a Pilates instructor, I strongly believe in the profound connection between the body and mind. Additionally, serving as a life coach in the vein of Jay Shetty, my passion lies in providing support and guidance to those in need. Along my personal journey, I stumbled upon the practice of breath work while grappling with stress, overworking, and feeling emotionally drained. Its remarkable effects on restoring balance to my emotions completely captivated me, prompting me to pursue teaching it to others.

“I love teaching and sharing my knowledge. I get a great feeling of satisfaction seeing my clients go from strength to strength.

My clients range from 25 to 80. I have been in the industry for many years, my belief is the importance of movement, keeping the joints safe and really feeling what is happening within the body.”
